Fishing
Trebellan Park is ideal for the keen fishing folk with our three established coarse fishing lakes within the boundaries of our park. Flanked by mature woodland they are a great place to unwind and enjoy the peace and tranquillity whilst testing your skills. The lakes are well stocked with large Carp, Tench and Silver Rudd.
Fishing is permitted from 7am until dusk all year. The lakes are open to non site residents as well as site guests.
Our bottom lakes are stocked with Carp up to 30lbs and the top lakes with fish up to 20lbs. Our lakes offer match free fishing.
Fishing Permits
Trebellan’s fishing permits can be purchased from reception or on the banks.
As not all of our park guests are interested in fishing the lakes, fishing has not been added to the site/accommodation fees, therefore, guests staying onsite or in our accommodation do have to pay if they wish to fish but we do offer a weekly or two weekly reduced rate for park guests.
Non site residents are welcome to fish but will have to purchase a day ticket.
Season tickets are available for people wishing to fish on a regular basis.
Fishermen do need a general fishing licence to fish at Trebellan Lakes. These are issued by the environment agency and can be bought from any post offiice. Our lakes are checked by the authorities and failure to produce a licence could result in a fine or worse!
Fishing permit prices
Day tickets are available at £6 for 1 rod and £10 for two rods per person per day for all 12 years and above (under 12s are free). We offer a reduced weekly and two weekly rate for all park guests. Please contact us regarding season ticket prices.
